Overview
The IPQualityScore (IPQS) integration enables autobotAI to leverage enterprise-grade fraud prevention and threat intelligence. With this integration, you can automate workflows to check IP reputation, validate email addresses and phone numbers, and scan malicious URLs for security analysis.
This guide provides instructions for setting up the IPQS integration in your autobotAI account. By completing this process, you will securely connect your IPQS account to the platform.
Prerequisites
Before starting, ensure you have:
- An active IPQualityScore (IPQS) account.
- An API Key generated from your IPQS user dashboard.
Steps to Set Up IPQS Integration
Navigate to the Integrations page by selecting Integrations in the menu. Click the + Add Integration button in the top-right corner to view available integrations.
Use the search bar to search for the keyword ipqs, and select IPQualityScore (IPQS) + Add from the results to create the integration.
Step 3:
Fill in the required fields as follows:
Note: Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.
- Alias: Provide a meaningful name or alias for this integration (e.g.,
IPQS-ThreatIntel). - Tag(Optional): Choose a tag to help organize the integration.
- API Key: Enter your IPQS API Key (e.g.,
ABC123xyz890...).
Double-check the information, then click Create to complete the integration.
Step 4:
After creating the integration, locate it under Integrations. Click the Play (▶) button in the Actions column to test and ensure your integration is configured correctly. The test will query the IPQS IP Reputation endpoint using a benign IP to instantly verify that your key is active and authorized.

How to Retrieve IPQS API Key
To generate an IPQS API Key, follow these steps:
- Log in to IPQS:
Go to IPQualityScore and sign in with your credentials. - Access Settings and Copy API Key:
- Navigate to the Proxy/VPN/Tor Detection API section (or your Account Settings) from the left sidebar.
- Locate your unique API Key under your API configurations and copy it directly from the dashboard.
Once you have the key, paste it into the API Key field on the autobotAI platform to complete the integration.
