How to Use autobotAI Library Bots

The autobotAI Library Bots feature provides a catalog of pre-built bots designed to address common automation needs across various platforms and services. These ready-to-use bots allow you to quickly integrate and deploy automation workflows, significantly reducing development time and enabling customization for specific use cases.

Steps to Use Library Bots

Step 1:
Log in to your autobotAI account, and navigate to Action Resources from the main menu. In this section, locate and select Bot Library. navigate_bots

Step 2:
Upon entering the Bot Library, you’ll see a list of available bots. Use the search bar to filter by integration or use case. list_bots

For instance, if you’re interested in bots related to AWS S3, simply type "S3" into the search bar to view all relevant options. search_action

Step 3:
Click on the bot you want to import into your environment. A detailed view of the bot’s workflow and functionality will be displayed, allowing you to review its purpose and process steps before importing. bot_details

Step 4:
In the top-right corner of the bot details page, click the Import button. This will add the bot to your workspace environment.

Step 5:
Once imported, click Save in the top-right corner of your workspace to finalize the bot setup. save_bot

Your bot is now ready for use! If needed, you can further customize the bot’s actions and parameters to fit your specific use case.
